JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
RESTAURANT
• Be attentive to every customer and greet them warmly and friendly.
• Be punctual and report to work at the outlet at least 5 minutes before shift starts.
• Execute the food and beverage service of sequences (SOS) and standard operations procedures.
• Provide the services efficiently and consistently.
• Make sure guests are delighted with our services.
• Make sure equipment are spotless/clean.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the outlets.
• Upsell the food and beverage products and services.
• Address all comments/complaints immediately to the supervisor/manager.
• Attend the food and beverage daily/weekly/monthly meeting.
• Participate all training qualification as mandatory.
• Cleaning and hygiene.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the superior.
CASHIERING
• Execute the finance policy and standard operations procedures.
• Perform POS cashier system.
BAR
• Beverage product knowledge.
• Be able to do cocktail.
• Drinks/cocktails recipe and creativities
IN ROOM DINING
• Execute the In-Room Dining service of sequences (SOS) and standard operation procedures.
• Provide the In-Room Dining services efficiently and consistently.
BANQUET/MEEMTING
• Execute the banquet service of sequences (SOS) and standard operations procedures.
• Be able to set up difference style of meeting with banquet event order.
• Make sure group are delighted with our services.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school education and/or vocational training completion is an advantage.
• Be able to communicate in English.
• Computer skills of word/excel.
• Experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant with at least 6 months to 1 year.
